About Us
It Started With One Grill
Flame House began as a weekend charcoal stall run by two brothers who grew up cooking with their father over open fire.
People queued for the kebabs, then came back for the chicken. Within a year the stall became a restaurant. We still use the family marinades, still light the coals by hand every morning, and still believe good grilling needs only three things: fire, flavor and fresh food.
